*Fire from exhaust fan causing soot to travel via HVAC ductwork throughout hospital ward

*Approximate 4000m2 affected: 2 x levels, 4 x wards

- Project coordination with all involved parties daily to discuss works progress and strategy at hand towards the efficient and timely manner of completing works

- Remediation process is divided into section areas and stages in close coordination with other trades/professionals for the most efficient delivery of the project avoiding repeat clean to cross-contamination particularly large undertaking works such as overhead HVAC remediation

- Strategic and appropriate containment/isolation and air management implementation to work areas to prevent cross-contamination to completed cleaned and occupied areas In adherence to required standard IAQ of Hospital environment

- Adjusting and sourcing appropriate skilled technicians/labour daily to time-in with other trade works schedule varying from 6-18 techs daily around the clock to meet critical deadlines

- Appropriate protection during remediation and sensitive cleaning of Hospital assets and stocks, inventory listing of affected wards medical consumables stock for immediate replenishment

- Project completed on schedule – 4 weeks
